This is part of a shipment recently recieved of A grade 2nds from Uniclic. It has been relabeled SPEU230 by Uniclic. You will find an occasional board with a defect in the pattern or one that may have been used as a test board by Uniclic Quality Control. If you figure a 5% waste factor on top of your actual square footage (more if doing multiple rooms), you should be fine.
This product has no warranty, but is not junk. It is registered embossed with a hand scraped look and feel and is one of the most realistic laminates you will ever see.The joint integrety and fit is perfect and the finish is the same you would find on any of Uniclics high end products. THIS IS A VERY GOOD WAY TO GET A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE OF A CHEAP IMPORT. And besides, what good is a 30 year warranty from China anyway?
